Performance, Strength, Agility Training

Performance training, to boost agility, strength, explosiveness for ANY sport is no longer optional for youths, it's a necessity. While size and skill help, an athlete's athleticism, aggressiveness, and confidence are among the top attributes that determine at which level he/she competes at. This is especially true once youths enter high school in the U.S. , or a comparable level worldwide.

Small Group Performance Training
MONDO has partnered with the certified trainers at Bronyx Strength and Performance in Centennial, CO, to host small group performance training workouts on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. These workouts are open to boys and girls in the 6th - 12th grades.
- Kicks off Tuesday 10/6 & Thursdays 10/8 and every Tuesday, Thursday thereafter
- 6th - 8th graders: 6 PM - 7 PM
- 9th - 12th graders: 7 PM - 8 PM

Benefits of Performance Training
Our certified strength, agility and performance trainers can create customized workout plans for serious youth athletes desiring to achieve optimal levels of performance and explosiveness in any sport. Time spent with a personal trainer has proven to accelerate individual gains. Workout plans are prepared in a manner that challenge youths, and also allows an athlete to walk away with ideas so he/she can train on his/her own time to further speed up progress.
