BASKETBALL TRAINING

​MONDO Athletics' basketball trainers are professional athletes, mentors and coaches of the game. The MONDO basketball training approach helps boost an athlete's skill, overall hoops IQ, confidence, aggressiveness, and mental toughness. Private or small group basketball lessons are offered in-person throughout the greater ​Denver, CO metropolitan area, or virtually online via an app to anyone in the world.

A basketball evaluation is an introductory basketball workout that helps gauge an athlete's current skill level, game understanding and work ethic. It helps establish a benchmark and afterwards, a MONDO basketball trainer will recommend an appropriate basketball training and/or competition (MONDO team) pathway.

BOOK 1-ON-1 PRIVATE BASKETBALL LESSONS​​
Private basketball training is all about individualization, and these workouts are best for players needing more focused training on specific areas needing improvement. Basketball training on a 1-on-1 basis ensures players the maximum attention and repetitions necessary in order to make the fastest gains. Lessons run 1-hour in length.
