It's important to note that while we do some individual skills development during our Centennials team training sessions (practices), they are more team concepts-oriented. Team concepts include:
Monday Nights Development League - SIGN UP >> A series of group skills clinics. Sign up for all of them, or only those that fit your schedule:
Saturday Mornings Jump Shooting Clinics - SIGN UP >> Foundational jump shooting instruction on proper balance, footwork, shooting mechanics, rhythm and consistency through a high number of repetitions. Clinic participants typically put up 150-250 quality jump shots in one clinic:
Spring Break Scrimmages Camp - SIGN UP >> Our last holiday scrimmage camp was a hit, so we're doing it again. Controlled and timed GAMES and nothing more. We take injury prevention very seriously, so this camp is most ideal for 4th-12th graders with a solid understanding of the game and some skill to back it up.
